The API infrastructure
of global trade.
Adesio isn't digitizing existing processes. We are building the infrastructure of a new industrial era: the inevitable transition of B2B towards "API-First".
01. Legitimacy
Our Industrial Roots.
Adesio's architecture wasn't born in a Silicon Valley lab. It's the result of years of observation at the heart of critical supply chains.
We modeled our infrastructure on the real frictions observed between global electronics giants (Texas Instruments, Arrow) and industrial leaders (Groupe GYS, Lacroix).
"The supply chains of the 21st century still rely on a 20th-century trust architecture (PDF files, unsecure emails, siloed web portals)."
02. The Problem
The document era is dead.
To prove its identity, financial health, or compliance, a B2B company sends static PDF files (Kbis, IBAN, URSSAF certificates) by email.
These documents are obsolete the second they are downloaded. They can be falsified by anyone in 3 minutes.
The Cost of Archaism
- • Fake IBAN Fraud (BEC): Costs billions of euros every year. €130,000 per attack on average.
- • Onboarding Friction: 3 weeks average delay to reference a new supplier.
- • Blind Non-compliance: Impossible to continuously verify if a subcontractor is in good standing (URSSAF, Customs).
03. The Solution
Stop sending files.
Generate cryptographic access.
Adesio KeyRing replaces PDFs with a Zero-Trust infrastructure directly connected to State registries and banks. Our patent (FR2601239) orchestrates a "3-Step Dance".
The Request
The Need To Know. The client (e.g., SNCF) claims a key and technically lists what it needs to know (Legal, Compliance).
The Consent
Selective disclosure. The supplier keeps absolute control. They choose what they reveal before generating the token.
The Intersection
Our API Gateway authenticates the parties, computes the mathematical intersection between the request and the authorization, and synchronizes the ERPs.
04. Competition
API Infrastructure vs. Web Portals.
Why current solutions (Provigis, rating agencies) fail in the face of new real-time standards.
-
Document-based
Stores scanned PDFs, requiring human validation (slow and fallible).
-
Siloed
Forces the buyer to log in to a third-party platform to check a supplier.
-
Cryptography-based
Unforgeable tokens sourced directly from State and PSD2 APIs.
-
Infrastructure as Code
Injects compliance directly into SAP/Coupa via our Webhooks. Real-time revocation.
05. Why Now?
The Regulatory Tsunami.
Europe makes B2B electronic invoicing mandatory. ERPs will no longer be able to issue invoices without a certified digital identity and an unassailable IBAN.
Starting in 2027 (ESPR), environmental traceability (GS1) is mandatory. A "Product Passport" has no value if the identity of the supplier declaring the data is not certified by Adesio.
06. Go-To-Market & Virality
The B2B Network Effect.
How we go from one signed Enterprise Account to thousands of organically equipped SMBs.
The Buyer Demands
An industrial group signs Adesio to secure its Supply Chain. It demands a Universal Key from its suppliers to pay them.
The SMB is Equipped (Free)
To be referenced, the SMB creates its Universal Key for free in 45 seconds on Adesio KeyRing.
The Network Expands
The SMB, realizing the power of the tool, uses its Universal Key to onboard its own clients. The loop becomes viral.
07. Market & Revenue
Every B2B transaction.
SaaS + API Metering
Suppliers (The Network)
Freemium. Free creation and sharing of the Universal Key to drive mass adoption.
Principals (The Buyer)
Annual SaaS (starting at €1000/month) + Pay-as-you-go billing for Verification API calls.
08. The Natural Monopoly
The absolute network effect.
Every Universal Key generated by a supplier to secure the relationship with its first client instantly becomes reusable with 100 other principals. We don't just sell software; we are building the B2B Syndicate of European trust.
